Purpose of this beta program
We aim to ensure that all features of the version released for our public launch work perfectly, offering users a flawless experience. Despite our best testing efforts, there could be use case scenarios we may not have perceived earlier and variables we may not have encountered in our simulations.
Through this beta program, we hope to receive your valuable feedback highlighting loopholes and areas for improvement so that our final product will fully benefit many more users like you.
What you get as a beta tester:
As a beta tester you will have access to new features and functionalities that are yet to be made public. These features could eventually become publicly available to all users in future. Select users (in specific geographies) who make a valuable contribution through insightfulfeedback (usually through a questionnaire response) will receive a small one-time reward, at our sole discretion. Appropriate notification will show up in the login page when a reward program is running.
How you can help
We need your active participation in reporting issues and sharing ideas for improvement. We have made this process easy and straightforward. Enter your comments through the feedback tab any where on the site. Or go to the Feedback section of the site. Here, you can also see what others are sharing. All feedback is listed there in a forum style format under different categories. You can like and up-vote an idea already proposed by someone, add your take on someone else's suggestion or reply to comments. We review all feedback with care although we may not be able to respond to or act on all suggestions in the near term. Be assured that your inputs are valued and could help us release improved versions of the product as part of our future roadmap.
Conditions to take note of
- Do note that beta versions are not stable versions of the product. This does not mean they are not tested. Beta versions also go through rigorous internal testing. However, there will be continuous improvements and new releases according to your feedback. If you would like to have access only to the final, stable version, we recommend waiting for our official public release.
- Updates will be automatically committed to the beta version after they have been thoroughly tested internally in our test server environment.
- We will be using analytical tools to understand, at a high level, how beta users generally interact with our tool. Rest assured that all data you enter will be encrypted and privacy will be maintained in accordance with our privacy policy.
- From time to time we will also be sending email communications to you to get your thoughts and feedback. You may unsubscribe from these at any time.
